Our saleslady has received a client from Israel. This client need a 45.5 diameter twisted wire brush (bottle brush). As the brush will be used in CNC machine, the client has very strict requirements in filament dispersion degree and the numbers of twisted turns. He has asked other brush factories to make samples. He sent us one of the samples, it is 100 mm in brush length, and the twisted turns is 20. But the filament of the sample is too tight in one turns, so it cannot reach the ideal effect (The client sent us the sample for reference and told us his need). He was not satisfied with those samples until he find AOQUN.

AOQUN’s saleslady has communicated with the client formany times. He hoped the twisted turns can be more than 20, the filament of every turns can be evenly distributed, and do not stick together, he wants to use PA612 nylon filament. After learned his exact requirement, we discuss with our technicist immediately and to make a sample. (The Black Brush on the left.)
