As an instrument that invades the body cavity, gastroscope is difficult to achieve complete sterilization due to its complex structure and special materials. After the soft endoscope is used, wipe off the dirt on the outer surface with wet gauze, and repeatedly supply air and water for at least 10 seconds, remove the endoscope and install the waterproof cover, and put it in a suitable container to the cleaning and disinfection room.

Cleaning steps, methods and key points include:
(1) Put the endoscope into the cleaning tank:
1. Rinse thoroughly under running water, scrub the lens body repeatedly with gauze, and clean the operating part at the same time;
2. Remove the biopsy inlet valve, the suction button and the air and water supply button, and use the Endoscope Cleaning Brush to thoroughly scrub the biopsy tunnel and the suction tube of the light guide tube. 3. Install a full-pipe perfusion device, pipe plug, waterproof cap and aspirator, and use the aspirator to repeatedly suck the biopsy tunnel;
4. Connect a 50 ml syringe to the full-pipe perfusion device, and inject clean water into the air and water pipes;
5. Use a suction device to absorb the water in the biopsy tunnel and dry the lens body.

(2) Rinse the removed suction button, water and air button and biopsy inlet valve with clean water and wipe dry.

(3) Endoscope accessories such as biopsy forceps, cell brushes, incision knives, guide wires, lithotripters, mesh baskets, radiography catheters, foreign body forceps, etc. After use, put them in clean water and use Surgical Brushes to scrub the inner surface of the forceps and At the joints, wash and dry.

(4) The cleaning gauze should be used for one-time use, and the cleaning brush should be disinfected one by one.
